By a couple months you can tell. My bf noticed I was acting very different (moody). I was very witching to put it nice.

    Well…Some of the signs are things like stomach aches..back aches..breast pains..mood swings..frequent urination..missed period..spotting..morning sickness..
Depending on how along ago you think you concieved, it might be too early to test…i say wait until about a month or a month and a half after you possibly concieved, and take a test… or if you are supposed to have a period soon, and you miss it, take a test then..but i guess its possible to have a period while your pregnant… so just wait and see..and try to get a test soon..

Symptoms of pregnancy include sore breasts, having to pee, nausea and vomiting. You can’t really test for pregnancy without a pregnancy test, but you can go online to buy one if you are too embarrassed to buy one in a store.

To reliably test for pregnancy, start testing 1-2 days after a missed period. Some tests can detect pregnancy earlier than that, but there is a risk of getting both a false positive and a negative.

A lot of times, pregnancy symptoms can also be related so whacky hormones, stress, or just being sick.

    Best of luck to you.

It’s different in everyone. One of the first things you will notice is that you haven’t had your period in a while. Figure out how long it’s been since you have had it and figure out if you were sexually active in that time frame. Another symptom is nausea, some get it some don’t. I had it really badly for 2 weeks, and thought it was the flu. Fatigue is another good sign. You will feel very run down and tired all of the time, this usually lasts a short time, through the first trimester. Another symptom is that you breasts are swollen and/or sore. Another is having to pee, ALOT.
I don’t think there are ways of telling if you are pregnant until you take the test. Be careful though, some are not very accurate. And depending on how early you take it, it may not be able to tell if you are pregnant. I’ve heard that you should take it 7-10 days after your missed period. I’ve also heard that you are supposed to take it right when you wake up because your urine is more concentrated.
Alot of these “symptoms” could be just being a woman. Stress and anxiety can make your hormones all screwy and make you miss your period. Make sure to drink lots of water no matter if you are pregnant or not, it will help with swelling and bloating.
I hope this helps and good luck.

i knew when i was a week late, test showed negative, but i had swollen breasts, and one actually leaked. I was also really vain-ey in my breasts due to increased bloodflow.
it wasnt until 2 weeks late that the test showed positive!

    - so basically all my signs were in the boobs!
